We can’t wait for you guys to try the enchiladas here at Sundrye.I am beyond excited to share this little part of my culture with you guys; this dish is one of my personal favorites and has a very special place in my heart. Seeing that this is in fact, one of my concert foods and I grew up eating it only for special events or occasions, there is nothing I would not do, to get to make ahold on this dish. I would make it with so much love and I couldn’t think of a much better way than to share this love than having this dish with you guys. I wanted to be able to give you guys a little sneak peak of my culture through this food. Seeing that food is very important in my culture so please come by on May 1st and try these enchiladas and all the different dishes that we have to offer!
